Dr. Hill began seeing patients August 4th, 2025!
Alexander Hill, MD has been a practicing pediatrician in the Seattle area since 2016. He attended the University of Colorado for his undergraduate education, followed by medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He made his way to the Pacific Northwest to complete his pediatric residency at Seattle Children’s Hospital and the University of Washington.
Dr. Hill is passionate about the role a pediatrician has to advocate for children in need while promoting disease and injury prevention. He feels it is a privilege to partner with families and children to cultivate healthy habits in the present that will allow them to thrive throughout the transition to young adult life. His approach to care puts an equal focus on both physical and mental wellness. He looks forward to building relationships with the families and children in the Ballard Pediatrics community!
Dr. Hill lives in North Seattle with his wife (an elementary music teacher), his 2 daughters (ages 3 and 6) and pet cat Wembley. They enjoy traveling, camping and exploring the PNW rain or shine. When not busy working or with family he is an active runner and has been logging miles training for the World Marathon Majors (next up Boston Marathon 2025).
Dr. Hill will see patients on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
